
Lowell was introduced to acting by the film Dangerously Close followed by a small role in the Robin Williams film Club Paradise. The actress was later cast in the character of Bond girl Pam Bouvier (1989) and Assistant District Attorney Jamie Ross (1996-1996). She appeared on the spinoff Law & Ordinary's Law & Order Trial by Jury in 2005 and then back on the original series in 2022. Prior to landing this role she was unhappy with her acting career . She had applied to study documentary filmmaking at New York University. [4] In the late 2000s the actress took a break from acting. [9][10] She was married from 1989 until 1995 with actor Griffin Dunne and they have a daughter, Hannah.
